I’m Karen Whalen, a full-time Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Realty, serving Syracuse and communities throughout Central New York.
Before beginning my real estate career more than eight years ago, I worked as a civil engineer. That background taught me to pay attention to the details, solve problems and keep complicated projects moving forward — skills I use every day in real estate.
Since making the move to real estate, I’ve sold more than 300 homes, helping buyers and sellers with everything from first homes and relocations to downsizing, estates and longtime family homes.
I live year-round in Fayetteville and know Central New York firsthand. For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home — it’s about the relationships I build with my clients. I stay involved, communicate throughout the process and make sure my clients understand what’s happening and what comes next.
